One of my Favorite Places
Recently my husband and I went to the Sorghum Festival at
Homestead Heritage.
We were interested in seeing the process of making sorghum syrup from cane to syrup.
As always Homestead Heritage did an outstanding display of educating attendees of lost homesteading skills.
They offer many classes in various homesteading crafts. I took the cheese making classes and use these skills everyday. I hope to take many more...
Our lunch was divine!
